 The Philippines Society of Plumbing Engineers (PSPE) Inc., a professional organization of plumbing designers, contractors and consultants composed of Registered Master Plumbers who are also registered Engineers, Architects and other Baccalaureate degree holders, will celebrate its 6th Founding Anniversary & National Convention and Trade Exhibit on march 26-27, 2010 at the historic Manila Grand Opera Hotel, Rizal Avenue corner Doroteo Jose, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

All Master Plumbers and Multi-disciplinary Engineers/Architects as well as Plumbing and Waterworks designers and contractors are cordially invited to attend the various PSPE seminars, conventions and conferences to earn PRC-CPE Credit Units.

 Seventy two (72) years ago, from a humble but dignified beginning born a healthy child with a brilliant mind in the name of FORTUNATO H. AMOSCO. Educated in elementary and secondary school in Juban Sorsogon., this young “uragon” moved to Manila to finish both his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Degree at the MAPUA Institute of Technology (MIT). As if it was not enough, he moved to Aquinas University to take up and finish his Civil Engineering Degree. Taking every available opportunity, he successfully passed licensure examination for Master Plumber, Master Electrician, Associate Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Professional Mechanical and finally Professional Electrical Engineer. This is a solid evidence not only his exceptional intelligence but unwavering aspiration to succeed in life. This handsome, generous, born leader and master of engineering technique is now the illustrious National President of the Philippines Society of Plumbing Engineers (PSPE), Inc., commanding the respect and time of all practicing Plumbing Engineers and Master Plumber whether in the design or construction field.
